SEM and Social Media Manager for our agency (support for customers from the Escape Room industry)

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen und kreativen SEM und Social Media Managerin, der*die unsere Agentur bereichert und unsere Kunden aus der Escape Room Branche betreut. Als Teil unseres dynamischen Teams werden Sie für die Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung der Online-Präsenz unserer Kunden verantwortlich sein, um ihre Sichtbarkeit zu steigern und ihr Online-Wachstum voranzutreiben.

Tasks:

• Development and implementation of effective SEM strategies for clients in the Escape Room industry, including keyword research, ad placement, budget management and continuous optimization
• Creating and managing social media campaigns for clients on various platforms, including content creation, scheduling posts and engaging with the community
• Analyzing campaign data and deriving insights to continuously improve our clients’ performance
• Monitoring and reporting of KPIs to measure the success of our clients’ SEM and social media activities
• Work closely with our clients in the escape room industry to understand their individual goals and needs and develop appropriate strategies

Requirements:

• Proven professional experience in SEM and social media management, ideally with clients from the escape room industry
• Sound knowledge in the use of SEM tools such as Google Ads, Analytics, GTM, Meta etc.
• Excellent knowledge of analyzing data and deriving recommendations for action for various customer segments
• Creativity and an eye for engaging content that appeals to our clients’ target audience
• Strong communication skills and team spirit to work effectively with our clients and internal teams
• Independent working style and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent German and good English skills are an advantage

Your tasks!

• Processing guest inquiries by email and on the phone
• Monitoring and coordinating the smooth running of the game, especially at weekends
• Preparation of individual offers for company conferences
• Shift planning for our game masters
• general office work
• Regular consultation and reporting to the management
