1. contractual relationship
When you book online on the Mindhunters website, sign in at the attraction or by visiting the Mindhunters area, you conclude a contract with Mindhunters Entertainment GmbH (“Mindhunters“), which is based on these rules and the prices in the price list. This is a contract for other services in connection with leisure activities for the provision of which a specific date has been agreed (Section 312 (2) No. 9 BGB). This means that the right of withdrawal under the Distance Selling Act is excluded for these contracts. Please note that a booked appointment is binding. This applies to online bookings as well as on-site bookings! Participants under the age of 14 are not allowed to visit the attraction. There are no upper age restrictions. However, physical activities such as crawling are possible. Therefore, older participants in particular should be physically fit.
2. visit at your own risk
You visit Mindhunters at your own risk. You will spend up to 90 minutes in windowless rooms. There is an emergency exit in every room. If you suffer from claustrophobia, epilepsy, asthma, heart disease or similar illnesses, you should not visit Mindhunters. The same applies if you have infectious diseases. Should you nevertheless visit the attraction, Mindhunters Entertainment GmbH is not liable for any damages. Mindhunters also reserves the right to assert claims for damages in the event of interruptions due to the above-mentioned illnesses.
3. introduction and procedure
Please be at the attraction 15 minutes before your booked time slot. Your slot will start on time for your booked appointment. Every visitor undertakes to keep the “secrets of the rooms” secret and not to disclose them to third parties (third parties are all those who have not yet visited Mindhunters). Every visitor declares at the start of the booked appointment that all content of the immersive show with Mindhunters is the intellectual property (IP) of Mindhunters Entertainment GmbH and will not be copied or used by him/her for his/her own commercial purposes.
4. photo and video recordings
Photography and video recordings are not permitted in the attraction. For safety reasons, please switch off your phone. We reserve the right to take legal action in the event of violations. Photographic recordings may be made of you and your team in the attraction. You have shown these terms and conditions to your teammates and you agree that these recordings will be published.
5. smoking, drugs and alcohol
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the attraction. It is also not permitted to visit Mindhunters under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Our host on site reserves the right to refuse entry to the attraction if there is any suspicion. This is also possible if admission has already been paid for.
6. damage and theft
No items may be stolen from the attraction. Should our staff nevertheless see someone stealing something, this is theft, punishable by law and will be reported to the police. If you damage or destroy something negligently or intentionally, you must replace it.
7. clothing
No special clothing is required. We recommend sturdy shoes. We do not recommend shoes with high heels or wearing suits.
8. liability/jurisdiction
Mindhunters Entertainment GmbH is only liable for intentional or grossly negligent behavior of its employees. German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the AG Osnabrück.
