A maximum of 6 people can enter an escape room. Under no circumstances will we allow more, as we can then no longer guarantee a coherent experience.

If you are a larger group, please ask for an individual solution by phone or e-mail.

Yes, we are happy to book 7 of you in our escape room “The Patient” or in two of our rooms at the same time. You can then play as a group of 3 or 4 at the same time.

Our escape rooms are currently only available in German. An English version is not yet planned.

Our escape rooms are suitable from the age of 12. The decisive factor is past experience.

If accompanied by an adult, younger teenagers are welcome to join the group by prior arrangement. Our staff reserve the right to ask young participants about their age and refuse entry to the escape rooms.

For safety reasons, it is not possible for epileptics, claustrophobics and people with heart conditions to enter our escape rooms. This is due to stroboscopic effects, confined spaces, electromagnetic fields and sometimes loud noises. If guests do not comply with these restrictions and experience symptoms during the show, we will have to interrupt the show and charge for any costs incurred. We will not accept any liability in this regard.

In principle, this is possible. However, we strongly advise against this and assume no liability! If a pregnant woman enters our Escape Rooms at her own risk, special attention must be paid to steps and tripping hazards.

The escape rooms start on time for the booked slot. Up to five minutes delay is possible. If you arrive later, your tickets will be forfeited. To avoid stress and hectic, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before the booked time. We offer a cozy atmosphere and delicious drinks.

According to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB, a revocation is excluded, as it is a leisure activity that provides for a specific date for the provision. However, if you cancel as a gesture of goodwill, we will charge a cancellation fee of €45.00 per slot.

In any case. Every 30 minutes, 6 people can experience our escape rooms. We recommend corporate events for up to 60 people. We are very popular with companies because we are completely new, the groups are addressed personally and a common mission must be completed, which promotes team building and strengthens the sense of community.

Yes, companies with a large number of people can also pay the invoice after the booked date. The number of people can then be adjusted on site if necessary.

We recommend using one of the parking garages in downtown Osnabrück. We do not have our own parking spaces.

The parking garage at Ledenhof and the parking garage at Kamppromenade are about 3 minutes away from us on foot.

Arrival by public transport

The bus stop at Neumarkt is about 100m from our Escape Rooms.

Yes, the Mindhunters escape rooms are located in the middle of the city center above the H&M store. Our glass elevator makes it very easy to reach us from Grosse Strasse.

You don’t have to wear any special clothes. True to the motto “come as you are”.

The experience time in the escape rooms is between approx. 60 and 90 minutes.

Our outdoor adventure lasts approx. 120 – 180 minutes.
