Your tasks!
- Processing guest inquiries by email and on the phone
- Monitoring and coordinating the smooth running of the game, especially at weekends
- Preparation of individual offers for company conferences
- Shift planning for our game masters
- general office work
- Regular consultation and reporting to the management
That’s what we expect from you!
- Experience in dealing with the tasks entrusted to you.
- A completed apprenticeship or degree
- High affinity for communicating with strangers
- Structured way of working
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility
- Knowledge of MS-Office/Adobe
