Under no circumstances will we allow more, as we can then no longer guarantee a coherent experience. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">If you are a larger group, please ask for an individual solution by phone or e-mail.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Our group consists of 7 people. Can we still play? &#8221; el_class=&#8221;faq-center&#8221;]Yes, we are happy to book 7 of you in our escape room &#8220;The Patient&#8221; or in two of our rooms at the same time. You can then play as a group of 3 or 4 at the same time.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;In which languages can the Mindhunters be experienced?&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221; el_class=&#8221;faq-center&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Almost all of our escape rooms are currently only available in German. Only our new room &#8220;Operation Lazarus&#8221; is playable in English. English versions of the other rooms are not yet planned.  <\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;From what age are the escape rooms suitable?&#8221; el_class=&#8221;faq-center&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Our escape rooms are suitable from the age of 12. The decisive factor is past experience. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">If accompanied by an adult, younger teenagers are welcome to join the group by prior arrangement. Our staff reserve the right to ask young participants about their age and refuse entry to the escape rooms. <\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;What restrictions prevent participation in our escape rooms?&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221; el_class=&#8221;faq-center&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">For safety reasons, it is not possible for epileptics, claustrophobics and people with heart conditions to enter our escape rooms. This is due to stroboscopic effects, confined spaces, electromagnetic fields and sometimes loud noises. If guests do not comply with these restrictions and experience symptoms during the show, we will have to interrupt the show and charge for any costs incurred. We will not accept any liability in this regard.   <\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Can pregnant women visit us?&#8221; el_class=&#8221;faq-center&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">In principle, this is possible. However, we strongly advise against this and assume no liability! If a pregnant woman enters our Escape Rooms at her own risk, special attention must be paid to steps and tripping hazards.  <\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;What happens if I am not on time for my appointment?&#8221; el_class=&#8221;faq-center&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The escape rooms start on time for the booked slot. Up to five minutes delay is possible. If you arrive later, your tickets will be forfeited. To avoid stress and hectic, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before the booked time. We offer a cozy atmosphere and delicious drinks.    <\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Until when can I cancel or change my booking?&#8221; el_class=&#8221;faq-center&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">According to \u00a7 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB, a revocation is excluded, as it is a leisure activity that provides for a specific date for the provision. However, if you cancel as a gesture of goodwill, we will charge a cancellation fee of \u20ac45.00 per slot.  <\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Are company events possible?&#8221; el_class=&#8221;faq-center&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">In any case. Every 30 minutes, 6 people can experience our escape rooms. We recommend corporate events for up to 60 people. We are very popular with companies because we are completely new, the groups are addressed personally and a common mission must be completed, which promotes team building and strengthens the sense of community.   <\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Can companies also pay the invoice after the booked date?&#8221; el_class=&#8221;faq-center&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Yes, companies with a large number of people can also pay the invoice after the booked date. Our glass elevator makes it very easy to reach us from Grosse Strasse.  <\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Do I have to wear special clothing in an escape room?&#8221; el_class=&#8221;faq-center&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"> You do not need to wear any special clothing.
